Standup Meeting

We discussed when everyone is available every week for a standup meeting. We decided that every week standup meetings will be held at 10 AM on Mondays.

We also discussed about what will happen in a standup meeting and the decided structure is below:

  • What did you do last week?
  • What will you do this week?
  • Do you have any blockers?

Team Roles and Responsibilities

We discussed about the team roles and responsibilities. We decided that Himir will be the project manager, John will be the lead developer, Jane will be the tester, and Emily will be the designer.


Project Timeline and Milestones

We discussed about the project timeline and milestones. We decided that the project will be completed in 10 weeks. The milestones are below:

  1. Week 1: Project kickoff and requirements gathering
  2. Week 2-3: Design and architecture
  3. Week 4-6: Development
  4. Week 7-8: Testing
  5. Week 9: Deployment
  6. Week 10: Project review and retrospective

Communication Plan

We discussed about the communication plan. We decided that we will use Slack for daily communication and Zoom for weekly meetings. We also agreed that everyone will check Slack at least once a day and respond to messages within 24 hours.


Technical Discussion

We had a technical discussion about the tools and technologies we will use for the project. We decided to use React for the frontend, Node.js for the backend, and MongoDB for the database. We also discussed about the development environment and agreed to use Visual Studio Code as our code editor.

We also agreed that everyone will follow the coding standards and best practices for their respective roles. We will also have code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency across the project.
